Since my childhood, learning has been my passion in life. It instills me with energy and enhances my quality of life. Continuing education, trainings, certifications, workshops and reading several books per week are not only a source of joy, they also provide me with a solid foundation in my professional life; namely, for speeches, talks, trainings and coachings. I love packing and delivering this knowledge in such a way that my clients can easily implement it in their lives. I believe that as human beings, we learn best when a message is encapsulated in a good story. I strive to tell stories which are entertaining, lead to self-reflective and ultimately trigger change. I firmly believe that they contribute significantly to the successful and sustainable implementation of the knowledge I pass on to my clients.
When I get up in the morning, I feel a sense of gratitude. I am deeply grateful that I can do what I love to do; namely, working with people and organizations and supporting them as they achieve their goals, grow professionally as well as personally and take responsibility for the change(s) they want to have in their lives.
There are a lot of things I love about my profession….I love the creativity that my job brings with it, as well as the freedom to choose from a wide range of tools and methods I have compiled over the years. I love to travel and get to know new people, cultures and value systems. I also love the opportunities I am presented with every day: working on myself, both personally and professionally, and just like my valued clients, leaving my comfort zone and growing and stretching myself.
Passion means that I draw energy from what I do and experience an inner sense of contentment when I do so. My passion is personal and personnel development – be it in talks, trainings or coachings. I experience joy in developing and using inspiring material to teach people how to take responsibility for their lives, lead themselves and others, resolve conflicts and communicate more effectively. This creates an upward spiral for the individual, for the team and for the company. This upward spiral then fosters new ideas and an appreciative working climate between colleagues and within teams. I strive to use this positive energy to serve you and your most important resources; namely, your employees, executives and your top management.
Generally speaking, one’s purpose is defined as making a valuable contribution to other’s lives. My purpose in life is using my energy, positive mindset, and resiliency to have a ripple effect on those around me and inspiring them to create the change they want to see in themselves and the world.
