Virtual Leadership
Digitalization is part of our everyday life and globalization is growing in leaps and bounds. Leaders are required more than ever to lead their employees virtually as well as face to face. This training builds on the Training “Virtual Collaboration” and provides you with loads of tips and tools to become even more effective as a virtual leader and to enhance the performance of your team.
Length
Takes place on two mornings or afternoons in two 2-hour sessions with a 30-minute break in between. There is a personal 1.5-hour transfer session with each participant after the training.

Module 1: Success factors of virtual teams
- My roles and leadership responsibilities in a virtual world
- The foundation of virtual leadership of teams and employees
- Effective ways to boost virtual communication
Module 2: Successfully steering team dynamics
- Team building on a virtual platform
- Guiding principles and rules for successful team collaboration
- Mastering challenging situations (ie. passive employees, distractions,
underlying conflicts)
Module 3:
Personal 1.5-hour transfer coaching to support the sustainable implementation of virtual leadership with the individual leader and the
demands of his/her team.
