Why is this profession a calling for me?
“In all organizations, we find individuals who want to be a force for good: Bringing innovation into the world, perfecting processes, improving and simplifying the lives of their customers and colleagues… and yet these initiatives often encounter resistance from the get-go in the immediate environment of the department, division or branch. My calling is to help my clients as individuals or as a community to better understand such potential types of resistance, to reflect on their own role and then to develop a strategy together to ensure a powerful and positive implementation.“
Education & Qualifications
- More than 20 years of management experience in international companies, most recently as CHRO of a Nasdaq-listed US stock corporation
- Studied Business Administration in Bayreuth and Stirling, UK.
- Coaching certification according to DBVC e.V. standard, supplemented by various specialized training courses on e.g. schema-therapy based coaching, introvision coaching
- Certified Master Facilitator for “The Leadership Challenge”
- Certified for DISC, MBTI, various “Big Five” based instruments
- Mindful-Self Compassion teacher
- Systemic counseling (Simon, Weber & Friends)
