Why is this profession a calling for me?

In all organizations, we find individuals who want to be a force for good: Bringing innovation into the world, perfecting processes, improving and simplifying the lives of their customers and colleagues… and yet these initiatives often encounter resistance from the get-go in the immediate environment of the department, division or branch. My calling is to help my clients as individuals or as a community to better understand such potential types of resistance, to reflect on their own role and then to develop a strategy together to ensure a powerful and positive implementation.
